Our Executive Staff
Jarvin Vines is an experienced leader in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Mr. Vines experience includes all areas of directing residential programs. He has dedicated his career to improving social services for some of Central Florida’s most vulnerable individuals; displaying deep compassion and creativity in responding to human needs, particularly as a champion for people with special needs. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida A&M University in Civil Engineering.
Brendetta deeply committed to providing quality, compassionate patient care. She brings a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of experience. Nursing background includes pediatric oncology, PICU, and general pediatrics experience within Level I pediatric trauma. She has provided direct quality care to patients including daily monitoring, recording and evaluating of medical conditions of up to 20 patients per day Coordinate workforce management objectives with a focus on individual, departmental, and hospital-wide initiatives Lead and mentored 10 newly licensed nurses in developing and achieving professional expertise.
Tori has a passion for working in the human services industry and has supported people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for almost 15 years. She began her career as a direct care professional in the 2000’s. Since then, her strong and unwavering commitment to this community and background in management has brought her to Vines Home Care Solutions as the Chief Residential Process Officer.
